In regards with the turnover rate, as we are scaling and expanding, we monitor the attrition number very closely and we have been successful in keeping the attrition number to below 3% every month. We ensure that our salaries are in line with market rates for our full-time, contract, and part-time employees. Our salary rates are transparently listed on MyCareersFuture.
