      Good health care and OPERS retirement

      Cons

      People departments petty and cliquish. If someone isnt doing their job, do NOT report it. You will be seen as troublemaker and your supervisors will worry that you will someday call them out. HR, like with any company, only cares about not getting sued.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
