Pros
Flexible schedules Unlimited PTO Good people to work with
Cons
Look at the dates on the positive reviews. Many don't come past 2019. The past 3 years have made landmark shift in a once great company: Management doesn't really understand the product Power struggles and bad politics at the mid and upper management level Poorly defined and constantly changing direction Falling behind on the competitive field No real diversity at the company, they have tried but for some reason it's still very pale. No clearly defined career path The company used to be great. Something happened in management that created a power grab/struggle environment so all of the rest of the employees became pawns in weird games of who can hold more sway over the direction of the company. This caused the company to lose its focus. Eventually the concept of leadership disintegrated. There is know one to look to for an answer except yourself, and you better hope that answer doesn't upset someone. Some element of the company never allowed teams to grow in accordance with the demands of the products. People ended up overworked, and silenced when they were just trying to offer solutions. Salary fell behind pretty rapidly over the past two years also, and excuses were made, but no compensation offered. Bonus were once commonplace, but political wording and game playing made them far less frequent and harder to achieve.
