Great opportunity to join an entry-level position in Customer Support, Sales, and Content departments; Nice opportunities in horizontal mobility; CS seniors/team leads are nice and welcoming.
Cons
Almost no space to grow vertically, the hierarchy is stale (across 3 departments with over 30 people total, I've only witnessed one promotion in 2.5 years); Much depends on the WoW playerbase activity, and the game is decaying; Salaries are outdated (benefits/coupons are nice to have, but can't make up for it).
