Pros
•Industry standard certifications included as part of your training- they belong to you, not the company, so they go with you when you leave
• They often hire with no experience necessary, so it's a good place to learn the ins and outs of wire harness manufacturing
• You can add aerospace defense experience to your resume
Cons
• Management is very out of touch and often has no idea how any of the job processes work
• Training is often done by other employees who have no training qualifications, so there are a lot of mistakes in the teaching/learning process
• Engineers, with few exceptions, are terribly under qualified and will only do the bare minimum
• It's a struggle to get broken equipment replaced or repaired, and to get correct materials to the floor for jobs if something is missing or broken
• Compensation compared to any other company in the industry is an absolute joke
• No room for upward mobility unless you are incredibly lucky
