      Good documentation and quality procedures.

      Cons

      Management and harassment, though having good documentation and quality procedures can see so many quality escalations.if you have no project they will ask you to take leaves as loss of pay which is for months.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
