      Pros

      Wages are rather fair, though not as high as some other companies, but they have been very willing to work with me with family emergencies and need to change schedules over the years. Flexible schedules of equal time on and off while rotating to Prudhoe Bay Alaska

      Cons

      They can be slow to increase wages to those that are deserving, especially if it is not requested.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
