Work from home opportunities with partial onsite work.
Cons
Not generous with benefits. Example. When a paid holiday falls on a Friday or Monday, those on a 4-10 schedule with F or M off, do not get a different day off. In effect, 4-10 employees work a full 40-hour week while those on a 5-8 schedule work only 32. Rationale? 4-10 employees already have that day off. Also, too heavy in management.
