      Pros

      I have worked at WorldwidePanel for over 8 years. In fact 85% of us (employees) have been here for over 5 years. Now that IT manager has been fired, best IT department in LA. CEO challenges us, but lets us have a voice. I have been treated with respect and have been allowed to grow.

      Cons

      If you have limited imagination or skills or want to hide behind a desk and code - stay away. This is a thriving, challenging environment and I have seen mediocre IT staff fail. If you don't live near Calabasas - the commute is terrible.

      Pros

      Worldwide Panel has found a niche supplying full field research to end-clients as well as survey sampling. Speedy turnaround, less expensive and better quality, because of granular attention to detail. Great working environment! Socially aware.

      Cons

      Recently terminated IT Manager was holding back technical teams. Better now that he has been terminated.

      Pros

      Small company, easy going environment, located in a very nice area off the free way. This is a relatively easy commute and easily accessible

      Cons

      Bad leadership by the CEO, there is no clear strategy or business plan or in most cases it is very weak and unrealistic Some individuals are not qualified to do basic technological functions which are required by definition.
