Great people and pay. Good industry with great down to earth customers. The companies service model is heads and shoulders above anyone else in the industry.

Still working out of small business to medium size, a lot of change.

The coworkers-as in mid to lower level employees-were fantastic to work with. Work hard, great atmosphere.

Senior management is almost impossible to work with. Gossip and drama everywhere, no idea what effective communication is, and sr management even removed safety guards from machines. Seriously. I called OSHA over it.
