Pros

Reasonable pay and two days off in a row

Cons

Boiling hot environment in the summer, freezing cold in the winter. When an employee is injured(frequent occurrence), not much is done. Frequent radical schedule changes throughout the year that often don’t align with the scheduling that you were hired based upon.

Pros

Tammy Collor is respectful, calm always communicate with me she had that terminology to be the best general manager of all time. Plus Dee for WFs was great person with the personality of showing me training me, teaching me things with the great communication with the respectful knowledge, and craft that Tammy Collor, and Dee have that shows to me, but to other people is fantastic I would love for both of them Tammy Collor, and Dee get knowledge and raise and a bonus of what they do for us plus for the company

There’s no issue with everybody being respectful
