Not a great place to work - Manager Worldwide Events Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we welcome open communication as this allows us the chance to reflect, learn and grow. We have recently undertaken a full review of all salaries within the business and increased all salaries in recognition of the rise in the cost of living. As a business, we believe in the value of face-to-face interactions and deem important for the company culture that our staff returns to the office. Therefore, we have introduced a hybrid working model (2.5 days/week) so our people can have a more balanced approach to work. We are proud to offer a flexible approach depending on circumstances due to family commitments, personal or medical reasons, and we welcome international colleagues who work remotely. We are actively reviewing our policies, procedures, and employee onboarding experience – this is a personal priority of mine for 2023.
