Pros
- There are a lot of good people at this company so it's easy to make new friends - Overall, the culture is positive - Fun events
Cons
- Leadership is male-dominant; there is a serious lack of inclusion, diversity, and cultural awareness which all leads to microaggressions. - There are a number of male egos on the leadership team. Employees often have to tiptoe their way around big egos. - Performance reviews are meaningless as they do not include a conversation about raises or bonuses. Employees lose ambition as a result. There are employees who have worked at this company for 5+ years and have never had a raise and are quietly resentful. - Compensation is lower than market rate. - Benefits are average. There is no health spending account. - Lack of direction. The company does not have a clear vision of the product that they are building and it appears that they are in no rush to improve. - The company is building a product that consumers are not looking for. They spend too many resources on developing features that are specific to one client's needs. - The clients that they want to focus on are religious organizations. They need to shift their market focus if they want to make money.
