Pros
There's an advantage working directly with a payments processor that has their own platform, as opposed to working with an ISO. Worldpay is a huge organization and they do a lot of things well. There's so much competition out there, so it's nice for sales reps to be able to say they work for a solid company that is the actual processor, there's no middleman.
Cons
As with most payment processors, you're constantly self-sourcing business which can get old. It's not for everyone, but for those who stick it out, there's freedom when the residuals get to a certain level.
