I have a good team, but this is not a given - many have bad experiences and work with a toxic manager,
Cons
Salary way below market (20% less than similar roles!). WFH used to be a pro, but now they are changing to 6days/month in 2027, and 8days/month in 2028 from the office, so gradually reverting a good thing. I won't stick around to see that happening.
