Pros
-Fair pay -Monthly events for employees -Building is located on a beautiful walking path -HR seems to really care about employee wellness
Cons
-Benefits, while on paper look good but had pretty expensive premiums with high deductibles. -Cult like atmosphere, this is a multi-level marketing company and that vibe is present in the building. If you see a rep around the building they will ask you why you are wasting your time working a fill time job. The founder rambles and sometimes cries in quarterly meetings. It always left me with a strange feeling. -Politics in the office are unreal, I come from a creative background and worked in some very mellow places. I realized very early on that I was going to be constantly thrown under the bus. To my boss's credit--she was pretty good about filtering through the information. -People are leaving and new people are coming CONSTANTLY. It is a revolving door. Management, leaders and executives changed multiple times during my employment. No one feels secure or confident in their job (I believe that is what causes my note above.)
