Underpaid/Understaffed - Sales Assistant WorldLink Media Employee Review

- Pay is far less than other companies for the same role - Understaffed in terms of assistants/ so a lot of pressure and work distributed between the few - No room for growth whatsoever. There are basically two positions at this company. Either sales assistant or account executive. It will take years to reach the account executive position which from what I hear pay pennies in comparison to other companies, and your salary as a sales assistant will never go up. I knew a lady who worked for 4 years without a pay increase.
