Pros

9 AM - 6.30 PM timings and salary on time.

Cons

There are n number of cons, if you want to know I will list down some of them. 1. Micromanagement: What are you doing in office hours is monitored like hell. If you are on phone call or if you are looking in to your mobiles manager will take your class. You can not go for tea or coffee with your colleague. If you ask someone for company your manager will be shouting on you, why you are wasting his time. 2.Variable component: forgot your variable, if it's 100000 you can expect 10K only, the criteria for 100% eligible is like 25% for social work-you have to do social services under WE logo take the pictures and prove that you have done this, in short you have to advertise worldemp. 3. Wait a min, you will get the variable 10K once you complete 1.5 yr but they will torture you so much that you will leave before that. If you still don't trust me, check their employee headcount and hr headcount 4-5 HR to manage 30-40 people. This is because hiring & firing policy. 4.MD and HR don't have any work so they will spy you through CCTV cam always 5. You feel like you are working with Machines, no one speaks in between 9 - 6:30 forgot about fun at work. 6. In case of Covid 19 WFH, you have to join a Zoom meeting for 9.5 Hrs continuously and your camera should be on all the time. If you don't trust me just check the images here. All the positive reviews are fake, I'm shocked how this organisation got 4+ rating here. be aware guys think twice before joining.

We would like to offer our sincere apologies for your experience. We're always open for feedback, we always want to learn from possible misstakes. One thing is important to keep in mind here: in February 2023 the Dutch Founders and Shareholders have appointed a new (Dutch) MD and he has introduced new leadership principles, which includes a appointing a new LT. It's WorldEmp's aim (including the aim of the MD and the new LT) to offer employees a non-hierarchical professional setting. This simply means: the LT should 'serve' the employees and not the other way around. If anyone would now walk into one of our offices with the above points, we're sure that 100% of the employees will tell you a different story. In fact, they won't recognise any of the above points.

Pros

One of the better companies I've worked at — and here's why. The Dutch work culture fosters directness and mutual respect. A flat hierarchy means everyone, including senior leadership, is approachable and easy to connect with. You're genuinely heard. Work-life balance is excellent — WFH 2–3 days a week is actively practiced, not just promised. You're trusted to deliver without micromanagement. Salaries are above market, making you feel valued financially as well as culturally. There are also meaningful opportunities to develop new skills and grow beyond your current role. The company's Great Place to Work and ISO 27001 certifications speak volumes about its commitment to people and information security. A healthy, growth-oriented workplace — highly recommended!

Cons

Nothing as of now to mention

Pros

The organization offers a good work-life balance and has a supportive management team. The Fun Squad regularly organizes engaging activities, games, and interactive sessions that promote employee engagement and team bonding. As a growing organization, management maintains open forums where employees can share their ideas, feedback, and concerns. Employee suggestions are valued, and the management takes proactive steps to implement practical improvements promptly.

Cons

As a growing organization, the company is continuously introducing new initiatives and improvements for its employees. The management is proactive in addressing concerns and implementing positive changes. At present, I do not see any significant areas of concern.
