It is a down to earth environment and everyone up to the VP is nic

Benefits aren't that great and the pay isn't either

the location and offices are incredible. Very expensive and it shows. the owner/investor sinks millions upon millions into the business, without seeing a single cent in return

Ego driven CEO with no vision or clear direction for the company. retains staff with no real experience of the industry they propose to be a part of. Fires all staff who have any sense of business and direction which can build value and revenue. very confusing Nothing of value ever gets executed. Same mistakes constantly being made by the business owner resulting in the staff having to go back to square one to try and fix problems then try something new, which doesn't get executed.
