Pros
Although we have incredible medical benefits and company sponsored winery trips, the absolute best thing about working at WWT is the company culture. I like the idea that I could see an executive walking down the hall and ask them about their weekend. Instead of giving me a sideways look that seems to say "who are you to speak to me about my weekend", they start chatting about what they did and then they turn around and asked about my weekend. Never in our conversation did I get the impression that they were too busy to chat.
Cons
WWT is constantly striving to update the campus so that every building is as beautiful as the next. Unfortunately, the construction trucks and landscaper vehicles take up a lot of space and parking can sometimes be an issue. It can take a while to find a spot and the hike to the appropriate building can be a bit lengthy especially if it's cold or rainy.
