Pros
WWT UK is a true great place to work. Having worked at WWT for over 5 years, I have seen the organizations growth from just over 10 employees to 100+. The one thing that has remained consistent is the focus on culture, ensuring that employees are top priority from management and consistent support is provided. This has been highlighted even more during the last 6 months, working at home during a global pandemic. The way the team have come together, supported each other, maintained moral and continued to achieve sales targets is incredible. The career and growth opportunities that have been provided to me, as a young professional, I am truly grateful for. The ability to raise ideas, have your voice, and be heard is something that sets WWT UK apart. Everyone is treated equally and have a voice no matter your seniority level or experience. This has enabled me to grow my career and achieve a leadership position whilst being supported by many mentors across the organisation. I am lucky to be a part of the Global Service Provider team currently and cannot talk highly enough of the team. A great group of people to work with, a team of experts in their field and a fantastic environment to learn and develop every day. The team has a true family feel and I can honestly say really enjoy coming to work every day.
Cons
With fast growth come significant change, sometimes internal processes and structure suffer to support this pace of change.
