Pros
WWT is a fantastic place to work. From the top down, everyone within this organization is committed to not only the success of the company, but the success of the individual employees. WWT has true commitment to its people and their Core Values. It is not just a poster on the wall, the Core Values are driven by the Executive Management team and they live and breath these values in all that they do for the company and their people. The perks of WWT are too many to mention, but highlights from an outstanding benefits package, matched 401k, employee profit sharing, Tuition reimbursement, to the little things like food trucks, ice cream trucks, to numerous company events, makes WWT just an awesome place to build a career.
Cons
Not many downsides. The rapid growth of the organization can create cramped working environments as they work to expand. They need more conference rooms. The salary structure is competitive, but could improve some, but factoring in the benefits they offer in conjuction with salary, it is really hard to beat.
