      The company is privately owned and highly profitable. It has excellent senior management that treats its employees exceptionally well.

      Cons

      The company is very Saint Louis (HQ) centric. It is harder to advance in the remote offices. The benefits package is good, however, salaries are below market value in some high cost geographies.
