Pros
-They hire recently graduated students for a good payment, thus making it a good company for starters. -Fairly kind environment, and good people.
Cons
Where to start? -You don't get a copy of the contract you sign. -You get the standard, Mexican-law benefits for a low quantity of the amount they hire you for, since it's a composite contract. All Mexican law benefits are subject to the amount you are being paid for by the salaries regiment and not honoraries, so you get few to no benefits at the end. -Training relies entirely on the employee with a ton of material to study in just a few work hours. Projects too are usually under-estimated and results in the constant need to stay late frequently or not getting enough hours to report and thus not earning as much money. Financial stability relies on the company having enough projects to supply the workers, if there are not enough projects (hours) then you don't have work and cannot report enough to earn whatever amount you signed for.) -Checking in and out is a headache too. They rarely do this, but it's in the contract: you get discounts on every time you arrive late, as in ONE second late, and ten minutes after means another discount. You cannot arrive early to make up for time lost, but rather have to stay longer after your checkout hour to replace it. This means you can't get enough time to deal with any personal life inquires like going to the bank, since their schedules are within yours. -The toilet, Oh God. ONE single cubicle for over 20 guys, happy hunting and good luck. On top of that, it does not have a lid or seat, and very frequently it is out of toilet paper. -This company is so cheap they do not offer even coffee, they give away company pens, almanacs, and cheap wine bottles as Christmas raffles, I am NOT kidding. They still use old equipment like tube monitors (very tiring for the eye) and jamming keyboards and wheel-less mouses. CPUs are slow as hell, which may take up to 2 hours a day in loss time while waiting for the computer to respond, but you still need to have your work on time, seems pretty fair huh? You obviously cannot bring your own computer. You may try your luck in here but I recommend not to stop looking for a job even when you get hired. People come in hired and stop coming as fast as 3 days! Me? I have been enduring this joke-of-company just for the pay and experience, but I'm already looking forward.
