People are wonderful. Work is easy
Cons
C levels and up are out of touch with their people. When you have several senior managers and tenured employees leaving during a 6 month period maybe it's time to take a look in the mirror. We had an employee appreciation week but I don't know a single person who felt appreciated. And of course they think RTO will lower the tarrifs and bring more ships into port.
