      It is a great place to work as soon as you start you are accepted as part of the family an is a great place to start from weather you are front or back of house they train you an help you build the skills you need.

      Long hours but what can you excpet in the hospitality industry

      Pros

      The other staff are extremely good at what they do. Very friendly.

      Cons

      - racist managers basically called my boyfriend a ‘paki’ - 2 managers are specifically rude (racial bias) - all the work being dumped on me, leniency with others. - very poor hygiene, they touch the food with their hands.

      Friendly enthusiastic management team, flexible hours, high class clientele

      Late shifts, shifts also vary drastically so some night can be dreadful
