Pros
The shop is filled with things that are exciting to be around, coworkers were usually wonderful people to work alongside.
Cons
I was hired with full acknowledgment of my disability and my ability to only work part-time, yet I was constantly over-scheduled without being made aware prior. I was also treated with disrespect the one time I needed to leave early due to my chronic illness symptoms, and the pay was low. The training also did not cover everything we needed to be aware of, which made busy days being the only cashier highly stressful, as I usually needed help due to lack of knowledge with how to treat certain situations. There were also a handful of times it was known that the head manager denied workers days off for doctor’s appointments.
