The training period basically did not exist, they kind of just throw you in and the management expects you to know where everything is, how the store works, how to help customers, etc. Pay isn’t that great, management wasn’t that kind and treated their employees like children instead of actual employees. I wasn’t truly trained until several weeks in yet was treated like I should know everything 2 weeks in. They threaten to take away your hours if you don’t perform well enough instead of actually helping you perform better. Whenever the Manager came in there was always a sense of dread, asking her questions for help were generally not received kindly.
