Pros
Ability to merchandise and run store as if personally owned. A wide selection of products and a very good employee discount make this a decent place to work.
Cons
High turnover in District Managers. I had four DMs in as many years. Some DMs are highly qualified, and some are not. Company can't seem to make its mind up in who its core customer is, or what products they're going to sell. Stores go through very many major resets multiple times a year creating an overwhelming workload to associates.
