Pros
A very friendly work environment, great boss, great team, good work/life balance, good remuneration scheme. The job is interesting and impactful. There are opportunities to develop your career in many different ways (albeit slowly).
Cons
IFC is a lot less dynamic and much more bureaucratic than commercial banks. This is also evident in the slow career progression, although there is a clearly defined career path.
