Pros

Was a wonderful company with great culture and diverse leadership including women. Did have great people and a great product. Loved working there until women were pushed out.

Cons

Management fundamentally does not appreciate employees. Recent sale of company left shareholders losing money. Many of those were employees that worked long hours building the company. Expect employees to leave quickly. Accept a job here only if you think it will benefit your career short term. Don’t expect to be working there long. If a woman expect to be harassed.

Our new CEO is very much focused on customer success, being attentive to our employees and getting us to the next level as a company. Stay tuned! We are looking forward to the next year with new ownership and changes we’ll be implementing ahead. I believe that our company as a whole will feel a positive impact. I’d be happy to discuss any other feedback you may have. Please email us at feedback@worksoft.com.

Pros

The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

Cons

Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

Pros

I've been with Worksoft for close to 3 years and have seen such a shift in that time, for the better. New leadership team, new investment in the product and engineering team, lots of new employees with great experience joining the team. I personallly love the ability to work fully remote, and accessability to leadership.

Cons

Like all PE owned companies, there is going to be change. You need to be able to work in fast paced environment and remain nimble.
