The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

Fair Pay, Work from Home, Not overly technical, although must be able to communicate the technical nature of the business.

Too few staff, expect to work 55+ hours a week, no autonomy, employee feedback was not received well.
