Adworkshop is a great environment to work in. Opinions and ideas are valued, allowing for creative, yet focused work. Co-workers are always open, friendly and the kind of people you'd hang out with after work, or help out with anything else you have going on in life.
Cons
Make sure you understand and love living in Lake Placid or nearby in the Adirondacks, it's charming, but certainly not like living in a city.
