There is an atmosphere of discretion in our work and respect for each of our own decisions. The corporate culture created by the president is pervasive, making it difficult for unpleasant behavior to occur.
Cons
The president of the company was put down for expanding too much before the new product was sold and for not raising enough money. However, the remaining company probably inherited the good corporate culture, so it is not all bad.
