Pros
I made some genuine friends due to the awful environment we had to endure repeatedly being put through and threatened with redundancies.
Cons
Ineffectual leadership at national and executive level. Unqualified leadership at national and regional level. Seeing staff as disposable resources. Using 'customers' as a resource for profit against the values of the company. Forcing staff to work against their morals (with vulnerable adults - this is why I left) Dubious recording methods of activity within systems to meet compliance.
