Pros

Getting awards from colleagues and being recognised for work well done.

Cons

Not very human, management only reach out to evaluate your work. Called feedback but it is negative. Maybe talk to your team in video link once a month. High staff turn over.

Flexibility Good pay and benefits On a good path for the future

Cons

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
