Cons

Recognition and making work more human is not embodied by the company - they do not practice what they preach Leadership creates chaos and confusion - felt highly micromanaged and not empowered to make a decisions Way too much office politics, relationship between Dublin and US office is tense - constant completion between teams that is unnecessary and prohibitive to getting anything done No alignment on goals No clear roles and responsibilities Everything is over complicated No career growth and noncommittal feedback from leadership when topic of promotion, compensation is brought up

Thank you for your feedback. Its disappointing to hear you felt your experience in your time with us was not a positive one, we wish you all the best in your new role. We promote cultures of belonging through our recognition platform and programs. We are super users of our own product and so witness firsthand the many moments of gratitude and appreciation shared by our humans each day. As you will know there have been several key additions in 2022 to our established leadership teams across the whole organization. This, along with some progressive organizational changes have all been part of now operating as global teams while being more connected in terms of strategy and tactical execution. This is all part of the transformation required when an organization scales at the level we have over the last few years. We are embracing the challenges presented and are well on the way to realizing the benefits of these important change initiatives. Thanks again for your feedback.

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
