      Pros

      rule breaking, brick laying, fire starting firm. Let's a young man get his hands dirty. Free to make my own decisions.

      Cons

      The only downside that I can properly describe would be that the office isn't located internationally but this has not prohibited the agency's ability to be chosen by many E.U clients as the agency of record for domestic and international representation

      - great team - supportive, efficient and lovely management that want to direct and see you succeed in a role pathway you're after - no micromanagement - provided office supplies - so many benefits - no office politics or toxicity - exciting work and clients - produce amazing design jobs - great external connections

      - it's small team with chances of being let go if work doesn't pick up
