Everybody is kind, and they mean it. You have freedom to do other roles.

Lack of clear strategy and leadership.

Lots of opportunities given to employees. Great, supportive coworkers. Generally, the work is fun to work on and is great for portfolios.

Intense workload and lots of micromanaging. Senior management did not understand how to utilize staff and many senior staff left as a result. Lots were left burned by poor and short-sighted decisions.
