Old tech stack, bad for career advancement. Bad management. They do not care about employees anymore. Management takes credit for success but blames you for challenges/failures in projects.

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
