The only good thing about this company is the co workers.

Other than that, the management is horrible. Even how they manage the people is horrible. They are claiming that they have trainings but once you get there, there won't be any trainings at all. No benefits other than the mandatory benefits. Low salary. The management thinks highly of themselves. There are a lot of companies there. You can remove this one to your list

Birthday food once a month for all. Directors know how to sugarcoat and manipulate people.

A lot resigned due how poor management handle employees reduced pay (25-50%) with more workload during pandemic and no WFK tasks no pay. Always micromanaging and management don't own their mistakes. No training and always yelling staffs in front of production floor. Years of delay salary increase. Prioritized and favored by admin with people who share their same religion.
