      A talented HR department writing positive Glassdoor reviews. Some colleagues are genuinely nice and team players

      Cons

      The product sucks... Bad UX/design. Simple sign up process is buggy and leads to customer tickets. Leadership is too arrogant to take suggestions. Culture of innovation has deteriorated.
