Pros
Nice work space, flexible work environment. It's all about getting stuff done. Seasoned executive team with many successful ventures in the past. Company is transforming every month - just passed 100 employees recently.
Cons
Company is getting larger and now less startup like when it was 35 employees. Many earlier employees did not adjust well to size growth as company is different.
