Pros

•Good training on recruitment •Young employees that you can make some long lasting relationships with •Once a month those that meet their targets go to a fancy restaurant for lunch •Good opportunity for someone who‘s money-driven

Cons

•Extreme micromanagement, zero ownership of your work, zero trust from management •Long working hours with no paid overtime •One of the co-founders is completely unprofessional and offensive (both to employees and clients). •Having to deal with co-workers leaving the company on a regular basis •Only a B2B option which comes with huge taxes that you have to pay •No openness to employee feedback •They have a mentality that their employees are machines with no rights and no opinions •You cannot be even one minute late in the morning •Constant pressure •Not a lot of good clients to work with •Management believes that they run the market and that they are better than anyone else •Manipulative tactics are used towards employees •They only provide old laptops that are very slow, requiring you to use your own laptop

Pros

Working as a Recruitment Consultant for non Tech Industries has been a valuable experience. You get real responsibility early on, exposure to different clients and industries, and the freedom to manage your own projects. The team culture is positive and there is always someone willing to help or share knowledge. It can be challenging at times with changing priorities and targets, but it definitely pushes you to grow and develop professionally.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and comfortable with changing priorities.
