Pros
- If you're a new grad and you drink the koolaid from the jump, they'll make you manager super fast
Cons
- If you have experience outside of the company, it's completely disregarded. I was treated like I was less than someone who had been at the company for 6 months longer than me with <2 years of experience to my 8+ - Leadership program is a scam. Completed it and was told they no longer do internal placements, so there's no point to it - Disorganization is like air to this company. No straight channels, a lot of "I'll get back to you's" with no follow up, and no communication with boots on the ground except from young management with no training - Don't get paid time and a half or double time for overtime. They call it "backfill" and pay you a couple bucks above your regular rate. You're "salary hourly", which a lawyer told me is incredibly shady - Terrible health insurance. Every single time I used it, I got back billed for routine appointments - Sacrifice, aka pay cuts, are treated like the holy grail. Asking for more money or the higher end of a salary range when applying makes them not like you - Lost a whale contract because of a string of terrible managers, and they promoted that same management anyway - Let one of my coworkers get away with not treating patients, being disrespectful, not doing their work, and didn't do anything about it. She ended up quitting and got away with it all. - Zero diversity. Was equated to the only minority in the company of my race by the executive leadership.
