What I love most about working at CareerHMO is the fact that everyone's voice is heard. We're a tiny company, so we're all very close and we listen to each other's opinions. Knowing your input is valued is so refreshing. Also, knowing you can actually make an impact within the company is a great feeling! Taking initiative and running with ideas is a must-have in an employee here. Employees are expected to proactively look for projects that tie to the bottom line without excessive supervision. (We don't like to micromanage). We dream big here. And we're not afraid of minor setbacks. We'd rather try something new and fail than settle for the same old same old. We're cutting-edge because we're not afraid of trying! Our team is so supportive. We're always cheering each other on and helping each other out. Sometimes I feel like we're more like a club than a company! :)

Not a con, but it's definitely something everyone needs to know - We move fast here and we try things. A lot! We're cutting-edge for a reason: because we try things. We poke holes in projects. We scrap them. We try again. And again. One week, you could be working on a big, game-changing project only to scrap it the next week for something else. That's just how it is here, and we like it! If you're going to excel in this company and be happy, you need to come in knowing that. :)
