Pros
35 hour work week, remote working, flex schedules, no nights or weekends (ever!), 2 weeks vacation PLUS the week of 4th of July and the week of New Years off with pay. 401k with match too. The coworkers are smart, kind, positive and happy. You are given a lot of freedom and time to learn and grow. The work is extremely meaningful. Helping people find jobs in a pandemic has been very impactful and rewarding. It feels so good to be making a difference doing a job I love with people I sincerely like and respect.
Cons
No healthcare or dental insurance at the moment. They are hoping to offer it when they get bigger.
