Pros
BDR pay was considerably high and job was relatively flexible. Good benefits. Meetups. Great people. Managers were helpful and tried their best to listen and help us through day-to-day stuff.
Cons
Upper leadership made several changes in too short of a time span. New strategies weren't given enough time to be effective and were not maintained. Huge disconnect between BDR team and the larger org. BDR function completely siloed from other parts of the organization. Unrealistic expectations. YOU WILL NOT GROW HERE. Growth opportunities were something that seemed very promising from this role when I interviewed but after having spent far too long at this company and seeing my fellow colleagues give everything they possibly could to grow within this company, there is a slim to none chance that you will find solid footing in this organization.
