      The product and the team are good

      Cons

      horrible working conditions. they use a virtual pc and track every thing you do. less than a pound hourly wage, horrible boss, no HR.

      Great opportunity to learn and grow: I learned a lot about the startup ecosystem and how to work in a fast-paced environment. Agile and multitasker: Working in a worldwide startup made me more agile and able to do multitask. Collaborative and supportive team: The team was very collaborative and supportive. I always felt like I could ask for help when I needed it. Challenging and rewarding work: The work was challenging and rewarding. I felt like I was making a real difference.

      Cons

      It would be helpful to encourage work-life balance. This would help us to avoid burnout and stay motivated.
