Staff RN - Staff RN Wooster Community Hospital Employee Review

OPERS WAS a great plus to work there. Not anymore. They are gradually decreasing benefits RN’s on Med-Surg HORRIBLY understaffed. VERY ill patients. VERY dangerous to patient’s lives. Too much direct basic patient care thrown on them. Workload horrible. Rarely get lunch/supper break. Need more PCA’s to do basic care. Try any way to get rid of older seasoned RN’s. They are hiring new naive young nurses to be molded and taken advantage of. Patients could be in great danger due to lack of critical thinking skills.
